ALERT!Please note the over the last 8 month, USPS has been very slow with many deliveries. We have been shipping all of our orders in less than 24 hours, but due to the pandemic, many items sit in the postal annex for extended periods of time without moving. The severe weather postal shutdown across the country has added to this problem. If you need your item right away, of if you cannot wait
for the post office to do their thing, please do not purchase right now.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Question: “Why doesn't my brake line up with the top of the barrel? You suck!”
Answer:
The little ring in the bag is a crush washer, not a robot donut. The washer will allow you to torque the brake until it is indexed properly. Check out a muzzle brake install on youtube to see it done.
2. Question: “I o
rdered a fondue set on Amazon and it showed up the next day. How come my order from you isn’t as fast? You suck!”
Answer:
Amazon literally has a guy hiding in the bushes outside your house, waiting for you to order something. We usually ship within 24 hours (unless we are at a show) and we depend on the USPS to make deliveries. Sometimes they are good. Sometimes, not so good. We don’t deliver the shipments ourselves, so there’s not a whole lot we can do if they are a bit slow. Just have some fondue and your shipment will show up soon!
3. Question: “Why are my engravings upside down?
You suck!”
Answer:
We guarantee you that the engravings are correct. We’ve done thousands of these at this point. Your problem is that you haven’t indexed your brake correctly. The engravings should be on the top and bottom with the top of the brake indexed to the 12 o’clock position on your barrel. Check out a youtube tutorial on brake installation and you’ll be good to go!
4. Question: “I ordered this for my flintlock musket from Zimbabwe and it doesn't fit. You suck!"
Answer:
It's pretty important that you read the listings (especially when it comes to firearms) and look up the specs on your barrel before you buy any 3rd party parts. My listings include the thread pitch and bore diameter of the brakes, so this should help to cut back on the "It doesn't fit my barrel" returns.
Note: .308 brakes and brakes with a bore diameter of 8mm will not work for your 9mm round! Don't assume because it looks cool in the picture, that it's going to fit your specific build. Send me a note if you are unsure.
5. Question: “The post office delivered the item and I got a delivery confirmation, but don’t have it in my box. Where is my item? You suck!"
Answer:
We guarantee delivery confirmation to you. If the post office loses it, we will send a new one, but if it is confirmed delivered, we consider that delivered. If you lose it, or someone steals it, or a tornado takes it away after it has been confirmed, we won’t send you another shipment. Please have a secure delivery location!
6. My significant other if cutting me off because they don't want me buying so much of your gear! What should I do? You suck!”
Answer:
Honesty and openness is key to any relationship. Try to explain to them that buying cool gun parts is not a choice! Get them to come out to the range with you and before long, the flow of gun parts and sex will return to normal.
7. Question: “My item didn’t show up in the estimated time window. You’re ripping me off, aren’t you??? You suck!”
Answer:
I know where you’re coming from. I get all excited waiting for a part for my own build, but I’m not actually doing the delivery portion of this transaction. The post office is. They’re usually pretty good, but sometimes, they really go off the rails and a degree of patience is needed. You’ll get your item, but I usually don’t get too worried until the tracking hasn’t moved for two weeks. (Yes! Two weeks.) That’s the government for you!
