    This eBay listing is for a used Acco model 650 manual punch machine that comes in good overall condition as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.    I just tested this out and the left cutter doesn't seem to want to cut the very last few pages when I tested with a bunch of papers.   The others 2 worked fine.   I see screws so it just may need to be adjusted up or down (??).   I also noticed that one of the slide out catch trays in the back is missing.
