    This item for sale is a gorgeous, vintage/antique, 10k solid yellow gold hand etched/chased frame with a hand carved, crisply detailed, genuine angelskin cameo in perfect used condition. This pale pink cameo is just stunning! It has a bale on back on a hinge so it can be worn as a pendant or pin. The piece worn as a pin measures 1.25 inches tall and 1 inchwide. it was made in Italy around the turn of the century 1900's. it is at least 106 years old. It weighs 6 grams.
