Please note, this unit does not power on and we are selling it as is.  This is a Cummins-Allison Industrial Perforator  304-9000-00.  The top plastic shell lifts off and it can be seen that the inside of the machine is in good condition.  The six orange tipped levers press down then return to their position.   Has some scuffs, but overal physical condition is good. We are not sure why this machine doesn't power up and are selling it as is.  We will only ship this item to the lower 48
