    Description

    CE2 MNH 1936 16c Air Mail Special Delivery Block of 4 signed by three Bureau of Printing & Engraving Employees--(Vignette Engraver--John Eissler, Designer--Victor S. McCloskey and Lettering Engraver--Edward H. Helmuth).
    During my 43 years of collecting the 16c AMSD issues, this is the only known/reported CE2 item that was autographed by all "three" BEP employees involved in the creation of the 16c AMSD stamp.
    This rare signed CE2 block (possibly one-of-kind) is in Very Fine to Extremely Fine condition.
