Custom Bezel Insert: Jumbo 980.006 844 Tag Heuer 1000 Professional Diver

**The watches in the picture are just for display. The left and right watches feature the original inserts whereas the center orange dialed watch features the custom insert (though the Monnin version. The loose bezel inserts at the bottom on the left (new) and on the right (new but faded intentionally) are what you can choose from. Details listed below about adding a patina to them.**

At the buyers request I can also fade out the bezel insert to give a patina to it but without unsightly scratches. This will make it look more original to the watch if so desired. See my last two pics for an example. The insert on the left is a faded new insert. Each one will be different as it is chemically done and I can fade it just a little or a lot depending on the buyer's requirements.
These are custom made and are not available elsewhere. They do not have a glossy finish as per the original model. These are pressure fit and should require no glue.
Due to production variations during the long production run of these watches some installations may require glue. If required I would suggest GS hypo-cement. It is easy to use and is more flexible and forgiving than superglue.
There is another seller on eBay selling an inferior and less original style product with incorrect markings as well as a incorrect high gloss finish which stands out quite badly as an aftermarket piece. The seller also has a questionable history/shady or deceptive return policies. I am a long standing reputable seller on eBay and an active member in the vintage Dive watch community. This insert is not for the Monnin French made divers. If your bezel does not have the inner stainless edge nearest to the crystal then this will not work for your watch. Message me if you are not sure along with a picture of your bezel. If you do need the insert for the Monnin version I also custom make those as well.
Bring the value of your Heuer or Tag Heuer up with this high quality bezel insert. Those with missing inserts or badly damaged inserts will make your watch look new again.
