In very good condition.  Chair and ottoman glide smoothly and silently.  Some scuffs at the base of both the chair and the ottoman.  Light wear and tear on the arms.  The cushions have been replaced (purchased from the manufacturer), so they are relatively new with no stains, tears or rips.
