    This item for sale is a vintage, very large, 14k solid yellow gold, diamond, hand carved cameo ring in perfect-gently used-condition. it is a size 7 and is spectacular! The front measures exactly 1 & 5/16ths i nch tall or just barely under 1 & 3/8ths inch. The ring is 3/4 inch across. The cameo is hand carved from shell, and is not cracked, shipped, or dired out. It is trule exquisite and weighs 6 grams. I love how the very elegant lady is wearing a diamond necklace.
