One side of the booklet has a major shift in the die cuts, the other side is normal;  it is the side with 12 stamps that has the shifted die cuts.
The first 4 photos show the shift - you can see that the shift completely cuts off the "forever" notation from the stamps on the right, leaving NO WORDING on the stamps on the right.
The last 2 photos show the side with normal die cuts, plate B1111.  Face value alone of the booklet is .00.
