Description: ER4047 silicon alloy aluminum welding wire, than the ER4043 with a lower melting point of about 500 degrees Celsius and a higher degree of mobility (silicon content of 12%), also can be used as a welding material. Can replace the use of ER4043, higher content of silicon, help to reduce the thermal crack and produce higher shear strength of fillet weld.
Use: used in all kinds of aluminum (thin), condenser, air conditioning pipes, high pressure tubes, auto water tank, oil tank, and other kinds of difficult welding
