Movement Disassembly and Cleaning
Our watchmakers take pride in the full disassemble, separating, inspecting and adjusting of all parts of the movement mechanism,
before being ultrasonically submerged in 4 different types of cleaning solutions combined with a cyclonic motion.
Re-Assembly and Timing Test
After the movement is cleaned, the watch is carefully assembled, using different types of factory Swiss lubes for the right gears and functions including a new replacement of the main spring. Then the movement is adjusted in 5 different positions on a computerized timing machine to guarantee excellent time keeping.
Case and Band Polishing
Our polish of the case and band is refinished to the tiniest detail, leading to a high polish and a fully restored shine without any visible marks or dents. Official Time Watch also provides a full replacement of crown, tube and case gaskets. (Note: crown, tube and crystals are replaced according to the wear and waterproofing pressure test result. )
Note: Crystals are inspected for any chips or cracks. Findings are given back to the client.
Finally, the fully assembled watch is checked by a computerized vacuum pressure waterproof tester, and computerized timing test checked for 42 hours making sure there are no errors before being sent back to the customer.

Via Registered Mail, Insured
The most secure service available is via the United States Postal Service using "Registered Mail" and having the contents insured.
Items sent via Registered Mail are under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery. A signature trail accompanies your watch's travel from beginning to end. You can track the progress of your shipment easily via the Internet at

Please note that the only special packaging consideration for items sent via Registered Mail is that all exterior tape used to enclose your package be of a paper type with water activated sticky glue backing. The U.S. Postal Service for Registered Mail service does not accept plastic tape of any sort.
Insuring your watch via the U.S. Postal Service is economical and well worth it. It the unlikely event your watch should be lost in transit, the U.S. Postal Service will fully reimburse you for up to a declared value of US,000.
For example, to insure a watch valued at US,000 will cost you around US.15, plus postage. ,000 worth of insurance costs about .25, plus postage. Prices vary. For more details, please consult your local Post Office or visit

Via Priority Mail, Insured
Alternatively, you can send your watch using the U.S. Postal Service's "Priority Mail" service with the added services of "Signature Confirmation" and "Insurance." Paper tape is not a requirement of the Priority Mail service.
Priority Mail typically will reach its final destination within 3 to 4 working days. Again, you can track your package by going to the USPS website at
