Scott 804 MNH 1c Error EFO Over-inking Streak Presidential Prexie Block Prexy.
One cent green major inking error. The ink roller transferred extra ink across the entire sheet of stamps at a slight diagonal angle. Middle row of stamps has obvious over inking with an odd almost EKG heartbeat style pattern.
Slight Crease on top right stamp and second stamp from edge on right middle. (See gum close up photo).
