Skeleton Butt Plate for Rifle or Shotgun

Description

This is a steel skeleton butt plate to add the ultimate finishing touch to your rifle or shotgun. You can inlet directly onto the butt of your stock or inlet a piece of ebony or other material and use it to cover a cavity in your butt stock. This allows you to add weight or take away material to achieve that perfect balance. The inletted area showing can be checkered or polished. The butt plate measures roughly 1.685" X 5.265". Attaching screws provided as shown have extra thickness on head so they can be cut to assure correct thickness for vertical alignment of screw slots
