11 punches can be adjusted to punch 1, 2, 3 or 4 holes in sheets of paper for many binder sizes & hole patterns.
Sliding graduated paper aligner fits slots in either end of base for centering paper sheets of many sizes.
Original felt covered bottom.
Paint and edges of felt are worn.
