You are buying a Vintage Wild Heerbrugg Sercel Switzerland D13S W/Case, BATTERY & EYE PIECE.  This was in some items I purchased when the surveying individual retired. I do not know how to test it, so it is being sold as untested. The case is in good shape,  it is obvious it has been used in the field of work and the right latch is broken. The left one still closes though.   It is a clean looking unit consisting of the following;
1. Case
2. Secel D13 S
3.  Battery
4. Distomatic Optic Unit
5. Assorted cords
