    Description

    Beautiful Vintage Wooden Snow Toboggan
    Withington Toboggan
    Continental Withington
    Made in West Minot, Maine.
    Cushion is plastic and some of the cloth ties are not intact but certainly can be altered to fit securely.
    Does show storage wear but the colors are still crisp and vivid for its age.
    One of the boards is cracked at the curved front (see photo).  It is stable but I would put some duct tape over it to keep it from catching on something if you intend to use it.  If just for display, it is not very noticeable.
    This crack is not from use but from storage.
    Good Condition overall.
    1960's vintage with one-family owner.
    Barely used---maybe once or twice.
    Used over 50 years ago and just put into storage in the rafters of a garage.
    5 feet long and about 17 inches wide.
    Perfect for two people.
    Easy size to pull in the snow.
    Great piece for decoration or to have a great time in the snow!
