Vtg Stangl Dessert Petit Four Plate w/Handle Thistle Flower 10"

Description

Vintage Stangl Dessert Plate.  In nice condition.  No chips or cracks.  Handle is not as tight as you might want it to be.  I tried to tighten, but was unable to do so.  It is fine and not loose that it would fall off.
